/ 01 — Engagements

Four pillars.
One way of working.

Written deliverables for buyers who prefer rigour to recipes.

StratoLattice delivers research-grade written work across four areas: AI-native strategy, technical marketing and system design, independent research consulting, and creative problem solving with custom systems design. Every engagement produces an artifact — a report, a memo, a working system — that your team can read, share, and act on long after the engagement closes. No slide decks. No filler workshops. No video-first delivery.

/ Pillar I

AI-Native Strategy

diagnosis · architecture · roadmap
I

"Tell us, honestly, where Claude-Code-grade agentic AI should and should not change how we operate over the next eighteen months — with a budgeted, sequenced, evaluable plan we can defend to the board." McKinsey, BCG, and Accenture answer that question with generic slideware and a follow-on implementation bid. StratoLattice answers it with a written report a smart engineer can act on and a smart CFO can defend.

What you get

  • Current-state diagnosis of your workflow, data, and tooling landscape — evidence-grounded
  • AI-fit matrix — where agentic systems compound and where they distract, honest negatives included
  • Architecture sketch — fat skills, thin harness, resolver pattern, eval discipline
  • Sequenced 90/180/365-day roadmap with named owners, decision gates, and kill criteria
  • Risk register, unit-cost model, EU AI Act and data-residency posture where relevant
  • Evaluation harness specification — how you will know if it worked
  • One in-person workshop at your site; two async follow-up sessions at 30 and 60 days
Cycle
6–10 weeks.
Engagement band
€25,000 – €65,000 fixed scope. Top-tier engagements €70,000 – €110,000. Optional follow-on advisory retainer at €3,500 – €7,500 / month.
Right for
Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Innovation Officer, VP Strategy, Head of Digital, R&D Director, or founder/CEO at firms between €20M and €5B revenue.
/ Pillar II

Technical Marketing & System Design

positioning · narrative · surface
II

Your product is technically superior. Your marketing reads like an engineering team wrote it under duress, and your buyers don’t know what you sell. StratoLattice makes you legible without dumbing you down — combining enterprise-tier technical marketing experience with the rare ability to find the cross-domain analogy that makes a complex product land.

What you get

  • Technical positioning audit + repositioning memo (15–30 pages) — €12,000 – €25,000
  • Anchor white paper (20–40 pages, conference-talk standard) — €15,000 – €35,000
  • Sales-enablement collateral set (battlecards, one-pagers, objection handlers, technical FAQ) — €8,000 – €20,000
  • Conference-grade talk script (25-min keynote, written for delivery by your team) — €6,000 – €14,000
  • Strategic site or landing surface as positioning vehicle — €8,000 – €18,000 when bundled
Cycle
8–14 weeks.
Engagement band
Typical bundle: €25,000 – €75,000 total. Individual deliverables priced and shipped standalone.
Right for
VP Marketing, Head of Product Marketing, founders whose product outpaces their messaging, enterprise innovation-marketing hybrids.
/ Pillar III

Independent Research

original analysis · calibrated uncertainty · written defence
III

Concentrated decisions require analysis your own team cannot produce — because they’re conflicted, captured, or simply not deep enough on the question. StratoLattice writes the memo your investment committee, board, or R&D group needs: source-grounded, Bayesian-calibrated, with the opposing view genuinely steel-manned, and contrarian where the evidence supports it.

What you get

  • A 15–80 page research memo with question framing, declared source corpus, Bayesian-calibrated confidence on each conclusion, steel-man of opposing view per section, and decision-relevant recommendations
  • Optional presentation of findings (written script + slides — no live keynote)
  • Private written Q&A round
  • 60-day addendum as new evidence emerges (optional)
Cycle
3–8 weeks per memo.
Engagement band
€8,000 – €35,000 per memo. Multi-memo or multi-month engagements €40,000 – €120,000. Annual research retainer €4,000 – €8,500 / month.
Right for
Investors making concentrated bets (VC, family office, corporate development), policy bodies and think tanks, R&D groups, IP litigation and valuation firms, frontier-science founders pre-Series-B.
/ Pillar IV

Creative Problem Solving & Custom Systems Design

interdisciplinary diagnosis · custom build · clean handoff
IV

Most of this work begins the same way: a team reached for WordPress, Shopify, or whichever CMS the internet recommended, and a year later the platform fights the business instead of serving it — plugins stacked on plugins, workarounds on workarounds, a tool that almost fits. The honest fix is rarely another plugin. It is a system shaped to the actual problem, drawn from whatever disciplines it genuinely needs — reconnecting the boxes that off-the-shelf software keeps apart. And it is built to the same principle as Methodology 05 — Hand off: the system is yours. Documented, maintainable, transferable, and usable with our continuing guidance or entirely without it. We solve the problem; we do not become the new problem you depend on.

What you get

  • A diagnosis of why the current platform or tooling is fighting you — what to keep, what to replace, what to stop paying for
  • A system designed to the real problem, drawing on whatever disciplines it needs — not bent to fit a template
  • Built maintainable and transferable: readable code, plain-language documentation, no proprietary lock-in
  • Full handoff to the standard your team can run on its own (Methodology 05) — with or without our continued involvement
  • Scope honesty — a contained fix shipped in days, or an end-to-end build (commerce backend, internal tooling, ERP-class system) over months
  • Optional ongoing support, kept optional by design — never engineered into a dependency
Cycle
One week to ongoing.
Engagement band
Priced to the problem, with no fixed band and no minimum that rules out small work. A contained fix can be a few hundred euros over a week; a complete custom system — a bespoke commerce backend, internal tooling, an ERP-class build — can run to €100,000 and beyond. Every engagement is quoted to the problem in front of it, never to a pre-set package.
Right for
Founders, SMB owners, and operations leads who hit a wall with WordPress, Shopify, or a random CMS — and in-house teams or CTOs who need an outside systems designer for a problem their current stack cannot solve. Technical and non-technical buyers alike.
/ Not a fit if

StratoLattice is not the right partner if you need slide-only deliverables, weekly video rituals, an outside voice to validate a decision you've already made, or a procurement chain that is its own justification industry. If any of those are true, McKinsey will serve you well.
